At checkout you may see a shipping estimate - please note this refers to the shipping lead-time once your size is in stock and ready to dispatch.

US DELIVERY

Free delivery for all orders over $55. A delivery fee of $5.95 will be charged for all orders under $55.

Express delivery will be provided when available (Look out for the delivery badge). Otherwise, orders will be sent by Standard delivery.

UK DELIVERY

Free delivery for all orders over £50. Free deliveries are sent by tracked 48 hour service.

A delivery fee will be charged for all orders under £50.

- £5.95 tracked 24 hour service. Orders must be placed before 4pm. Working days only.

- £4.95 tracked 48 hour service

UK deliveries are sent by Royal Mail.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Europe - Free delivery for all orders over £75. £9.95 fee on orders below £75.

Rest of World - Free delivery on all orders over £95. £14.95 fee on orders below £95.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Your purchase is backed by our Founder’s Guarantee,

so in the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 28 days of receipt. We will listen and commit to finding a solution.

Please note – for returns and exchanges, the product must be returned to us in its original, unworn condition, with our hygiene strip intact and with all original packaging. Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer's responsibility until we have received them. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage.
