RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you’re not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will either arrange replacement goods or refund you the purchase price under our quality guarantee.
For returns and exchanges, the product must be returned to us in its original, unworn condition, with our hygiene strip intact and with all original packaging. (Underwear cannot be returned).
Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility until we have received them. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we have received your return, we will refund the cost of return postage. CXP will only refund the cost of original delivery if your order is incorrect or faulty.

EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal period: The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party you have nominated, receives the last item of your order.
How to exercise your right: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at info@cxpofficial.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw (e.g. a letter sent by email). You may use the following model text, but it is not obligatory:
"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [product name(s)], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]."
You must send your notification before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
Returning goods: Following notification of withdrawal, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day you informed us of your decision. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
Refunds: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs if you chose a more expensive delivery option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof that you have returned them, whichever is earlier. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery — this includes underwear with the hygiene strip removed.
