Refund policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you’re not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will either arrange replacement goods or refund you the purchase price under our quality guarantee.
For returns and exchanges, the product must be returned to us in its original, unworn condition, with our hygiene strip intact and with all original packaging. (Underwear cannot be returned).
Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility until we have received them. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we have received your return, we will refund the cost of return postage. CXP will only refund the cost of original delivery if your order is incorrect or faulty.
